The newly implemented Usage Statistics dashboard provides real, actionable data visualized through clean graphs and diagrams.
You can track user activity, message volumes, file transfers, Kanban board usage, forum interactions, and Integration API calls over weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly periods. This data is perfect for auditing system loads or presenting metrics to responsible managers.
Additionally, the Web Admin panel settings have been divided into dedicated sections: Web Services, Ports & Encryption, and TURN Settings, making daily server maintenance significantly more intuitive.
3. Seamless video calls and automatic background blur
Deploying reliable voice and video calls within a strict corporate network means dealing with complex NAT routing, multiple network interfaces, and changing IP addresses. MyChat 2026.4 is provided with a series of back-end call optimizations:

The package comes fully equipped with setup scripts, ACL configuration for secure HTTPS access, and connection string auto-detection.
5. Smarter desktop behavior and new languages
We have also introduced improvements to the Windows desktop client. For instance, if an employee leaves the chat window open and steps away from their desk, MyChat will no longer automatically mark incoming text as “read.” The client now detects actual user activity before updating the message status, preventing missed notifications.
