MyChat received a 2026.2 update on April 29, 2026. This release is a major leap forward in mobility: we’ve brought our powerful project management tools directly to your smartphone and added features that make communication fast and more convenient.
📱 Kanban on mobile devices: manage tasks everywhere
Your workspace no longer depends on your presence at your office desk. The mobile version of the Kanban board is now fully optimized for touchscreens.
What you can do from your smartphone:
- Create and edit tasks and projects.
- Control statuses.
- Attach media.
- Comment in real-time.
🎙 Voice Messages: Faster Than Typing
Sometimes, typing is just too slow — especially when you’re in a hurry. In MyChat 2026.2, we’ve implemented full support for voice messages.
Where does it work? In private dialogues, conferences, (macOS, Linux, WEB, and an alternative client), and even within Kanban tasks. It is a convenient feature for drivers and managers who are always on the move, or anyone who values every second of their time.
💻 Windows client: improvements for calls
We continue making video calls more intuitive and flexible.
- Flexible Window Control: during a call, you can now drag the video window by any point, without having to aim for a border.
- Smart Panels: easily collapse or expand the call control panel so it doesn’t block important information on your screen.
- Better settings for input/output devices: change your device during an active call.
🛠 Technical Improvements & Security
More tools to manage the server safely. Better importing process of MyChat users to the CSV file. MyChat itself now runs faster on startup and consumes fewer resources.
Pro Tip: As always, the update for MyChat Server and clients is automatic. Just make sure your server has internet access to download the latest version.
